If you’re sleeping rough in Cambridge

If you are sleeping rough, please contact the Street Outreach Team on 01223 366 292 on weekdays from 08:00 – 16:00 or email sot.cambridge@cgl.org.uk. You can find out more about the Street Outreach Team here https://www.changegrowlive.org/street-outreach-cambridge/info.

If you are sleeping rough in Cambridge (or experiencing another form of homelessness such as sofa surfing), or know of someone in one of these situations, you can also contact the housing advice team at Cambridge City Council. Between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday please call 01223 457000. Or for an out-of-hours emergency please call 0330 053 8109

If you’re concerned about someone sleeping rough

If you have concerns, use the Street Link website https://www.streetlink.org.uk/. The details you provide will be sent to the Street Outreach Team. This will help them locate the person and connect them to support.
